Membership in the Village Country Club Seniors Association is open to male members who are at least 55 years of age. The dues are $15.00 per year.
Seniors gather for a round of golf every Friday morning for a shotgun start at 9:00 sharp. Foursomes are randomly selected in order to enable our members to become better acquainted. The Seniors also sponsor three golf tournaments annually, the Three Hits and Two Misses in April and September. The September tournament is the Vern Tyler Memorial Tournament, honoring the founder and first president of the Seniors. Our Seniors Championship Tournament is a two-day affair held each June.
We also sponsor monthly dinners at the club, normally on the second Friday of each month, except for July and August. (Although the Seniors sponsor these dinners, it is not necessary to be a member of the Seniors Association to attend, however, reservations are required. Call the club office.)
If you meet our eligibility requirements and are interested in joining our association, we'd love to have you. Please contact one of our Officers. |
